- Contact your GP GPs can offer you talking therapy services and medication, and other treatment and advice. GPs can refer you to others like specialist NHS mental health services, a link worker or a drugs and alcohol team.
-Mind support line -0300 102 1234 "Our support line is a safe space for you to talk about your mental health. Our advisors are trained to listen to you and help you find specialist support if you need it."
-Samaritans Samaritans has been training volunteers to provide emotional support to people struggling to cope for over 70 years.Call 116 123 , goto website , write a letter / email etc.
-C.A.L.L ( the Community Advice and Listening Line ) Offers emotional support and information/literature on Mental Health and related matters to the people of Wales.
Anyone concerned about their own mental health or that of a relative or friend can access the service. C.A.L.L. Helpline offers a confidential listening and support service-SANEline 0300 304 7000 SANEline is a national out-of-hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers. We are normally open every day of the year from 4pm to 10pm
-National suicide prevention helpline UK 0800 689 5652 We help anyone who may be struggling with their mental health and/or thoughts of suicide. Our volunteers use their skills, training and empathetic approach to offer a non- judgemental listening ear to help people in what could be their darkest hour.

- Papyrus HOPELINEUK 0800 068 4141 Our advisers are all trained to help you focus on staying safe from suicide. Their training enables them to provide advice and support that may help you to move forward and stay alive .If you are concerned that a young person is feeling suicidal, advisers can support you to start a conversation about suicide and explore options of how best to support them.
-If you're a student, you can look on the Nightline website Nightline offers a unique listening service, providing emotional support and information to students across the country. It's the only service of its kind dedicated to students in higher and further education. Run by students, our listening volunteers ensure every student has the opportunity to talk about their feelings in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
-Switchboard If you identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender, you can call 0300 330 0630 Switchboard is the national LGBTQIA+ support line. For anyone, anywhere in the country, at any point in their journey. We can discuss anything related to sexuality and gender identity. Whether it's sexual health, relationships or just the way you're feeling. This is your space – to explore, talk and be truly heard.
